Norton VPN says it is connected but wgTunnell not showing in Network Connections

I says it is connected but the wgTunnel does not appear unless I open the VPN and change the Region several times.  It is very frustrating.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and looked for fixes not only here but on other sites but nothing seems to work.  I am going to look at other VPNs if you can't fix this.  I am not the only one frustrated with your VPN.  I wouldn't be so angry if this was the first problem but it is NOT.  Thank you.
