What is the privacy policy in regards to Norton's search engine called SafeSearch, as well as their AntiTracker?

Is SafeSearch just as invasive as Google? Is it just as privacy-preserving as StartPage.com which retrieves Google search results anonymously?

Also, is the AntiTracker browser just as invasive as Google Chrome, or is it just as privacy-preserving as Brave?
