My money back!!!

Instructions don't work for my phone, can't contact you via chat for some reason, I am an elderly person with some issues, can't handle this, no more case nos, emails with useless info, want them to give me my money back, my bank is going to pursue it after charge clears, will cost less if you just credit me and cancel any recurring charges
