Not getting notifications

I have been using Norton Family for a few years, recently I have stopped getting notifications consistently on my phone when my kids ask to allow a site or for more time. The requests are there in the NF app, but I am not getting notifications with the request. Sometimes the request will come in hours later, sometimes not at all. My notifications for NF are allowed on my android phone, and I have not changed any settings recently. Please help. Thanks.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it is still not working. I don't get notifications when my kids send a request to access a website, or to add more time, but I do get notifications regarding the installation of new apps, or  the deletion of an app.

Thanks for reporting the issue, it is fixed and released to Prod with a staged rollout. You will get the update in a few days.
