Communication with Norton Technical Support Agents

I have been a Norton member/customer since around 1999, not 2023 as stated in my account. I first became a member due to my Information Technology instructors recommendations, and other than communication issues with Norton agents never regretted it.

I am a high school graduate with four years of college in three different fields and I speak the very clearest and concise English language that i am capable of.

 

Many of the Norton Technical Support agents for Windows PCs and Android phones have very much difficulty in understanding spoken English, resulting in

my having to repeat myself many times during our support sessions therefore prolonging the session extensively. 

This is very frustrating to me. I request to speak to American agents sometimes when this issue occurs, and have actually spoken with American Norton agents in prior years, but this is no longer an option for some reason.
