Solved

Ethernet speeds vary wildly and unpredictably.

I am having trouble with wired connections to Core. I do not have any switches between the device (PC) and the router. Several times a day the download speeds drop to almost nothing and then go up to maybe 30 to 40 Mbps. Can't predict when. I have a ...

How do you shutdown the Core device

I am looking for a way to shutdown the Core device, short of pulling the electrical plug out of the wall. I see in the App that it can be reset, but I don't see a way to shut it down in a graceful way. What am I missing? I need a solution. ...

Nice to know the devices fall

Nice to know the devices fall off the list after 30 days. That's a good start, but it would be nice if the CUSTOMER could set the duration in the app, like: immediate (for a new replacement printer, NIC, or NAS device), 1 week, 2 weeks (for the house ...

I put my old router back in.

I put my old router back in. My wired connection is now running at 66Mbps and the speed-test graph is super flat, no spikes, no dips. Upload is about 5.7 Mbps. Also a pretty flat curve. It's been like that all morning. We'll see if anything chan ...
