Unable to cancel subscription
a) I've been notified that I will automatically be billed
for my subscription to updates.
b) I've long since eliminated all Norton/Symantec products
from my system in preference to other services. I no longer
have the associated CDs. I no longer have a record of any
serial numbers etc.
c) I've been unable to find anyway on the Symantec website
to cancel my subscription without those serial numbers, or
(even worse) email them about my desire to cancel.
d) In fact, I no longer use Internet Explorer but have found
it necessary to use it in order to sign up to access this
How can I cancel?
