Zero Customer Service

1 hr 45 mins on hold "Zero" assistance from Norton.  Most companies have employees working from home but apparently Norton is not one of those companies.  Horrible Customer Service absolutely terrible!!!!!    Trying to get direction for the Computer Tune Up purchased with Norton 360 but I guess that won't happen and they'll SCAM me out of $10. There has to be a better Anti Virus company out there that values their Customers and the idea of Customer Service!

I have been trying to get support for upgrade for over 3 days. I received an email that I could upgrade from Norton Security to Norton 360 with Life lock.  However, when I attempt to do so online, I get the following message "Unfortunately, we cannot continue with this transaction. Our records show that your subscription is not eligible for this offer. If you have any questions, please contact our Support team at 1-844-346-3614." When I call the number I get a message that someone will be with me shortly.  I have waiting up to 3 hours on the line with no response from a person.  I did get on the chat yesterday, but is was only for sales.  I was told that the only staff working were sales not support.

Can you tell me how to obtain support?
