Norton Secure VPN troubleshoot help needed

Hi all, I hope I'm in the right place to report an issue I picked up just recently. I turn on Norton VPN on an android device, I select the desired country to connect to, and not long after it is changed back to US server even though I deliberately try to avoid Automatic region change. Thank you. All help is welcome :)

Please let us know if uninstalling the standalone and working with the feature in 360 does help your issue.

Re: Norton Secure VPN troubleshoot help needed

Are you using the VPN feature in 360 Android, or the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If you do have 360, you do not need the standalone app, and should uninstall it.

I've been using the standalone VPN app for over a year without this issue, despite I've got the 360 pack. I'll try the incorporated VPN. Thank you

Re: Norton Secure VPN troubleshoot help needed

Hi all, The built-in feature does the job, I can say it's more stable. There are no annoying random server changes unless it is on Auto region option which is different from the issue I stated originally. However unfortunately it happens occasionally, that simply stops working even if I set the phone to avoid picking on it in terms of battery usage. I presume it is something to do with my phone's compatibility with it, BUT the built in VPN is much more reliable than the standalone app, at least in my case. Thank you for your texts, help.
