Norton Reinstallation Does Not Yield Crypto Option

My Windows 11 system (running a preview version of the OS) became unstable, and I had no choice but to nuke it and reload the OS to a non-preview Windows 11 Pro. I did so as a clean install versus a "Reset" so that everything on the boot SSD was blown away. After doing so, I've installed and uninstalled/reinstalled Norton360 several time using just the Remove Program option (not retaining any user data) as well as the NRnR option but have yet to see an option to enable Norton Crypto on any of the installations. I checked the logs, and have yet to see any GPU check activity mentioned.

I've ensured the LiveUpdate was run until there were no updates remaining, and applied patches when prompted, reboot when prompted, etc.

Is there something I'm missing?

What version of Norton 360?

What is your GPU?

Where are you located, what country?

'morning Matt. I'm running 22.22.3.9, the GPU is an nVidia RTX 3090ti, and I'm in the US.

Re: Norton Reinstallation Does Not Yield Crypto Option

A little more information... apparently the 3090 ti is no longer on the Norton Crypto adapter white list for some reason. The 3090 ti yields ~10 percent better hash rate than the 3090, which are white listed. Can we get the 3090 ti added to the white list?
