cloud backup password

I'm trying to set up my cloud backup.  The first thing they ask for is a password.  I tried using my account password and I tried using a password from the password generator.  Neither worked.  Is there a special cloud backup password that I'm supposed to already know?  Where do I get a  password that they're asking for.  I recently renewed my subscription .The last time the cloud backup was already set up.  This time I have to do it myself.  I have:  Norton 360 w/ lifelock,  windows 10.

The first time you try to access your cloud storage for the backup, you are asked for your Norton Account credentials. So the password being requested is your Norton Account password.

When asked for this information, were you first asked for your Norton Account email, or was it filled in for you on the window asking for the password?

various passwords in some encoding (passwords for local encrypted backups?)
