I have tried many times.... no one helps me. I get billed to Paypal when its time to renew even if I say NO to renewal. No one will cancel my subscription. Paypal threatens me and will not talk to me. Looks like a scam between Paypal and Norton to bill us FOREVER! I am trying to cancel both Paypal and Norton with no success.... guess its to court but you cannot beat these money controlling big businesses. All you can do is tell your friends not to join. I give up!!!!!
