The new Norton Utilities Premium update does not work when ran manually. I ran the last Premium to clear widows junk and clear recycle bin. After I updated to the new update in May 2022 , Premium manual does not clear out the junk or recycle.

Hello, all. I am having the same problem. I have Norton Utilities Premium and most recently was running version 21.4.5.428 - it worked fine and found/cleared all sorts of issues on a regular basis, every time I used it and ran "All-in-One PC Cleanup". It found and I cleaned 'Browser cache files', 'Temporary files', 'Log files', etc, under the Internet, Windows, and Other headings. Several days ago, I accepted the "there are Norton Utilities Premium updates" notification and it updated to version 21.4.6.565. Now, every time I run "All-in-One PC Cleanup", it doesn't find *any* issues. None. No matter how much work I do, or internet searches conducted in the preceding hours or days, it finds no issues to be cleaned. This *cannot* be right, given the frequency and quantity of found issues with the previous (and all other previous) versions. I have two questions: What the heck is going on with this most recent update version (21.4.6.565), and how can I roll back to the previous version that *worked* (21.4.5.428)???

Could be worse, Could've updated and then not been able to use the application at all because it messed with the activation...
Technically you could go back to the lesser version (If you have the older installation files) but it would not fix the issues

ther is major bugs in 21.4.6.565 sendt lods of picture of the bugs to them
hope ther is a new version soon
