My Norton Crypto app shows zero balance for days now and value in my wallet is not increasing over time.

We see no issues on the backend and things appear to be running properly. My 2 machines are behaving as expected as well.
Can you try and make sure you have the latest updates, and a full clean reboot to see if that solves the issue.

Norton Crypto has been like this for about 2 day or more now.
This is on Win 10.
I have up restarted my PC several times also ran Live Update several time.
Are we suppose to keep Mining Blindly? Is this thing even working because it clearly say Mining Ethereum plus on the web browser when I log in says it is Mining also my Balance is even going up of which I have multiple Screenshots of but No On Seem To Be Addressing This Are We Get Paid Or Should We Stop Mining Till This Is RESOLVE otherwise We Are Mining For No Reason/Getting Robbed.

Yes I am logged in to My Norton on my PC. Base on Pass Experience I have to think that way I not sure what you would call your balance being stuck for hours to days in the Pass while there is an "Unknown Issues" Being Fixed on your end but you as an User of Norton Crypto see your PC and the Website says that you are Mining even though your balance is stuck , so you let Norton Crypto keep running/Mining the whole time only to find out when the "Unknown Issues" Is Fixed hours to days later that your balance resumes exactly from where it was before the "Unknown Issues" started. Meaning your PC was Working For Free/Wasting Energy "Mining"/Getting Robbed.

Each time your balance is increased based on the shares your machine has mined successfully, that is recorded. As I said in the earlier post, it does appear to be a disconnect between the client and the server, but if your balance is moving up and you see a hash rate similar to what the client is reporting that would indicate that things are working properly.

And @OhZz, did the balance remain the same (as it should)? Meaning when you saw the balance in the client it matched the updated balance that was on the server (web portal)?
