Mac OS Monterey 12.5 - Live update cannot connect

Has anyone experienced difficulties in running live update with OS 12.5? The issue is not consistent, sometimes it updates without a problem but other times a message appears, 'Live Update is unable to connect'. I should also mention that I also update on my IBM compatible running Windows 11 on the same server and this issue never happens. I had a Norton tech look into the issue. The solution - he uninstalled and reinstalled Norton and... yes, we saw the problem still there. The tech wanted to continue but I was not prepared to spend any more time (I did not really feel very confident). I tried to escalate this issue but there does not seem to be any way of communication with Norton other than through a bot/tech! Has anyone else encountered this 'update' issue and been able to resolve it? I have uploaded a screen shot of the error message and a screen shot of a successful update. This issue just keeps coming and going.

I have that problem from time to time, but usually the second attempt will connect and update.

Re: Mac OS Monterey 12.5 - Live update cannot connect

Thanks for your input. Agreed, this is what is happening to me. But what I find to be frustrating is why? But most of all, the lack of response from Norton and the inability of their techs to resolve it. I have been unable to find anyway of contacting Norton, customer support, complaints... nothing. The only option I have found is to begin a chat with a bot (worthless... when are we going to get rid of these wretched bots?) and then connect with a tech, who wants to take over your device, waste an hour of your time only to end up where you started. I've tried several times leaving feedback, begging for a response but... silence. Bottom line... it doesn't do what it says on the tin!
