I run Windows 11 Home and Office 365 with Norton 360.
My Outlook email accounts are configured to use POP3/Port 995 for Incoming and SMTP/Port 465 for Outgoing, with SSL/TLS for both. This configuration is per the ISP's specification, and one I have used for many years..
I just tried enabling the VPN and have run into the same errors with Sending and Receiving that others have reported.
Here are the change I have tried in order to fix the problem:
1) Disabling the Kill switch
2) Adding Outlook.exe to the Split Tunnel exclusion list.
3) Disabling AntiSpam
4) I attempted to add Ports 995 and 465 to the Protected list, but the program would not allow that.
Is there anything else I can try to get these two products to work?
