Text messages supervision and call blocking features

Hello Norton Community

Recently I read the following NOTE in one article in Norton Family support pages

Text message supervision and call blocking features are currently disabled on Android, so may I understand that these features are available to be controlled by parents for their iPhone Childs and how to do that if answer is YES!
