macOS Ventura-App Store, Safari, Apple Music issues

Recently I upgraded to macOS Ventura and when either Norton VPN or NordVPN is connected, App Store would not connect, Safari kept displaying "Safari Can't Open Webpage" and Apple Music kept displaying "Loading your music library" etc. But when either VPN is disconnected everything works. I tried so many things but none worked. After a few days...

Few minutes back, I went to System Settings -> Network -> VPN & Filter -> Filters & Proxies -> Disable Norton 360

Then Norton popped up notifications to fix Norton related issue. Then I enabled it again. Now everything is working as expected even when Norton or NordVPN is enabled. Looks like it's a bug in Norton 360? There's a similar thread here: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-vpn-blocks-internet-new-macos-130-ventura

Hopefully it will be helpful to those users experiencing this issue. Thanks

Re: macOS Ventura-App Store, Safari, Apple Music issues

That fixed a problem I've been having since upgrading to Ventura. Macosx 13.0. Problems with Safari and NordVPN itself. I believe the bug is a combination of Norton and Apple not communicating over the upgrade.

Glad it's helping others too. Norton can you please put this in your FAQ or let your customer support know about it? It's most likely a bug in your app!!

I tried this and it did not work, I'm using a 2017 iMac with Ventura.  When I activate VPN, only Safari doesn't work for me (I haven't tried Apple Music or the App Store).  Hopefully Norton and/or Apple can fix this error.

Maybe you can try removing Norton completely and reinstall it again? The solution that I tried works even after restarting and it has been helpful to others too.
