I was charged $137.56 fir a $39.99 service. My receipt shows 3 annual subscriptions and a monthly subscription. I only ordered 1 annual VPN subscription for 5 devices. Order# NP284549837

You are posting in a mobile device forum board. Did you purchase this subscription directly through Norton or through the App Store for your mobile device?

There is no one in the forums that can access customer accounts. You need to contact Norton Support to sort this out.   www.norton.com/contactcs    if using the chat option, as soon as you can enter information, enter "agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
