On mobile devices, there is no option to enter a product key. To activate a mobile app you just sign into your Norton Account and the app syncs the device to an active subscription in your Account.

If you just leave the mobile device alone, does it eventually come up with a message about the expired subscription? If so, at that point, is there any option to sign into your Norton Account? 

You can try clearing the app cache for 360, but that too may clear your settings. Try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the 360 app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your 360 to a trial version. To get the full version back, open the 360 app, then tap Sign In to log into your Norton Account. Enter your Norton Account information and you should have the full version again.

Thank you. It worked by logging into the account. After many error messages and restarts, I managed it. I find this extremely inconvenient, especially compared to simply entering the key on other devices.
