can't load and install anymore on Mac

if I download 360 and its not allowing to install like the first time,  its now telling me that it cannot download because its not from the app store. do I have spyware or a virus.

Make sure you have selected to allow apps from both App Store and identified developers

Did all that and support call can't get it to work.

Try loading on an Administrator account. That fixed it for me.
