VPN is not connecting

I have been having this problem for about a month. Have tried some of the suggestions however still not able to connecting. This is very frustrating as some of the suggestions are really above my ability. I have Windows 10.  Really need to speak to someone at Norton. The virtual assistant is pretty well useless at this point.

You can get out of the virtual assistane.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
