I can't print anymore

Since some days I can't print anymore. My printer is HP Officejet 4658 and connected by WLAN (and the connection is active). When I print for example with Affinity Publisher I became the message: The printer is not initialized, or with Adobe Acrobat: the Adobe printer engine can't print. I have reinstalled the pinter software without succes. Is it possible that Norton prevents something?

Hello Wolfgang. Do you have the Norton 360 VPN activated when this happens, by that I mean does the VPN load with Windows when it boots? If so disable the automatic startup of the VPN with Windows boot, restart the machine and retest.
