remove Trial subscription from my regular fully paid subscription

For some reasons, 2 trial subscriptions have been added to my regular fully paid subscription. Every time I tried to install on my new tablet, it defaulted to the old trial subscription, as a result, I have an early expiry date. I want to remove the trial subscription and use my regular fully paid subscription. I contacted Norton and I was given an AI to deal with an unusual issue. I am sick and tired now. I could not install Norton on my new tablet with my fully paid Norton Subscription. Norton has created a problem for me and I have no way of fixing it.

During the install process you will see options to Start Trial. That has nothing to do with your account, it is included in every download. Do not tap on that, but look for a Sign In or I already have a subscription link. Tap on that and log into your Norton Account to activate the app.

Yes, I have clicked on the "Subscription" and yet it was defaulted to the trial period. I have no control. I have wasted this setup for more than an hour. Now, it is fixed. I suspect Norton support team had fixed the problem by reprogramming and defaulting to my regular fully paid subscription instead of the trial version. I am happy this is over but I wasted too much time and energy over something that is not even my fault. There should be an option to bypass the trial version.

Generally that is what the Sign in or I already have a subscription links during installation is supposed to do.

Glad to hear things are sorted for you now.

Thanks for posting back.
