Norton Safeweb has flagged my site as Malicious/malnets

Norton has incorrectly flagged our wordpress website= as Malicious/malnets - and infuriatingly it gives no explanation, reason, or solution.
This is a false positive.

As a result, we have paid to upgrade our security plugin to be told what we already knew: Our website is 100% clean and Norton are wrong.

We were alerted to this by one of our clients. It's extremely embarrassing, degrades our reputation and is costing us money.

Please resolve this asap.
