Need Norton to UNMASK compromised password found with email address on dark web

Received a masked/partially hidden password provided in Norton dark web monitoring Alert. Partially hidden for security purposes. We don't recognize the password. I've spent hours in chats & on phone & no one at Norton knows how to have the hidden portion of the password unmasked so we can change it. Can anyone help?

I would guess it is associated and coming from an email address you have provided Dark Web Monitoring.

If you go thru all your email addresses listed and being monitored and find none you can relate to the masked password you should be able to feel comfortable that it is just an old password that was once used by you. 

If that is the case you can clear the alert and just to be on the safe side go ahead and change any passwords in your email accounts.
