Thanks for your interest in the OnlineFamily.Norton product.
The notification email for web activity are sent only when
1. a warning to enter a site is ignored and the web site is visited.
2. kid visits a site that is blocked for him.(We will still allow him to go to that site if he is setup in the monitoring mode.)
Can you let us know what action you performed so that we can find out whether it would trigger a email or not?
Can you also confirm that you have checked atleast one email address on the page where you have set up the notifications?

Could you go to Settings--> Notifications and verify that all of the notification options have been checked,
