Logins lost after Windows 10 upgrade

I installed Windows 10 and then upgraded the version of Chrome.  Then had to upgrade or reinstall Norton tools (Identity safe). IS acted like I had never installed it before and created a new login file.  I need to somehow point to the old file or find a way to export/import them
