It depends what you are trying to do. If you want encrypted connections, or access to location restricted web content, then you need a VPN service. 360 does not provide this.

I can't stop WiFi black box when connecting

I can't stop WiFi black box when connecting. Have had support reinstall and it will work once, then the next time you try to log on the connecting screen goes black and that's all. Just sits there as a black box, not connected. Is there a solution or is the solution uninstalling the product? It does the same thing on all of my computers, both laptop and desk models.
