No I didn't. I didn't understand what was needed when I went onto the page.


Improve False Positive submission wizard.
Create knowledge base False Positive wizard Help document / video.

BTW ~ I'm waiting for response from my 01-Sep-2017 submissions.   Too often my submissions go unanswered.   Submissions need a tracking number and a way to escalate.

There is no Tracking number nor way to escalate.  That's why I wrote:

Yes, rating is now green.  I still sent False Positive wizard submissions and received submissions confirmation.  The way it should work is that I receive automated email confirmation and also follow up determination email.   I've received confirmation emails.  I have not received determination emails.   Regardless of efforts by floplot & Console_Ops.   I should receive determination emails.   I've also sent back reply's to confirmation emails.  My send reply's were not returned.  So, presume my sent reply's were received by SecurityResponseAntiFraud(@)symantec.com.  

My submissions from the "wizard" pages are A4 > B5 > C7 - SafeWeb (Phishing URLs, Malicious Web Pages) > https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/false_positive.cgi

I was also prompted to offer my suggestion because besides my recent four submissions that have gone lost in the ether.  Earlier submissions too often go lost.  Submissions using a different email client have also gone lost. 

FWIW ~ this User is challenged by reporting website suspected erroneous detections.

FWIW ~ User Fran Taylor was challenged too.

I can see the Norton Safe Web in the Norton toolbar but the pop up box doesn't give me the option to Report the site. See attached screen print. SafeWeb.pdf

BTW ~ my submissions on the 2nd to another service were auto confirmed & determination emails were received by me on the 3rd.   My experience with another service also prompted my suggestion here.  If the other guy can do it.  I know Symantec can do it too.   If the other service can send me confirmation emails with the website listed and Support Ticket Number.  And also offers escalation via follow up direct emails with service agents.   I know Symantec can do it too.
