Quarantine recovery

The Core quarantines w/o a recovery option! Can't run NAV w/o internet! Need to offer solution! I'm there now, unable to use my Surface pro!

What was blocked/quarantined? Norton's "Core" router is a network device, it has no direct access to the files on your computer.

"I'm there now" -- Where?

The Core prevents access to internet on a quarantined device. I can use the Surface, but w/o internet, it's pretty useless! BTW the issue has been solved! And, no Norton has no fix! But, they SHOULD! If you quarantine my device, give me an option to fix it! Makes sense?
