I come back after all these years and what do I find? A banner for a popup survey that wants to know if I like popups?! I'm only guessing here ... I wonder if a lack of participation will get the point across. - Art

Its only a survey for products and services. What else is there? If service needs to be improvise, this way they'll get to know people views. I will fill the form later on.
