I have a suggestion for sending files and marking them as False Positive. Could not you send a file from the application? To send a program for analysis, go to https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/. From the application level it would be more convenient.

Suspicious files (+ false positives) upload automated. And FP by accurate verdicts you can send from quarantine.
