I keep being notified that the system time has been changed on child's device.

I keep being notified that the system time has been changed on child's device. The device being Windows 10 laptop. He is not changing the time either from bios or within Windows. This happens quite often. Windows 10 is fully updated and the laptop isn't old.

Re: I keep being notified that the system time has been changed on child's device.

Hi Pern,

Upon the initial investigation of backend data, we noticed that there were 2 (system time change) alerts generated from 2 different devices on 21st Feb. Apart from this, we don't see any additional time change alerts on 21st Feb. Could you please confirm whether you are referring to these 2 alerts?

Also please share us the screenshot of the alerts you have received to troubleshoot further.

Thanks,
Norton Family Team

Hello pern, adding to the post from Kisnor, here is how to post a screenshot into your posts. Use the suggestion below that is simplest for you.
