Norton VPN on MACOS Catalina

Product never works on MAC OS but it does work on a WIndows10 VM running on same hardware
(ie same laptop; same wifi; same ISP etc).

Symptom is that it reports "Connecting" but nothing happens and it eventually reverts to the orioginal state
(ie no VPM with a GUI control that one clicks to initiate the VPN). No on screen error messages.

MACOS Catalina 10.15.7 (did not work on Mojava either). MacBook Pro 2019. Nprton Lifelock.
