Norton not showing as an option

Runnitn Norton 360 Premium vers 8.6.5
on iMac running Catalina 3.1 Quad core Intgel i7 with 16gb ram
Since auto update from 8.6.4 to 8.6.5 VPN has stopped being available and does not show in My Norton.
I have already removed and reinstalled norton 360 twice to no avail. I urgently need a solution to this problem.
I have Norton 360 ver 8.6.4 running on a Mac Book Pro running Big Sur without any problems.
All help would be appreciated
