Cannot open/start Secure VPN

When I open the app, I first have to agree to the Terms of Use. Then I get the page "Start your 7-day trial of Secure VPN" where I choose the "I already have a subscription" After I enter my login/password, I get re-directed to the page that says "Start your 7-day trial of Secure VPN." Any re-attempt brings me back to this same page.

Any clues to what is wrong? (I have a subscription to Norton 360).

What device are you using and what OS Version?

Do you have the 360 mobile app on your device? If so, do not install the standalone Secure VPN app as 360 has the VPN feature included.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Yes, I have the mobile Norton 360 mobile app on phone. If Secure VPN is not needed, it would have been nice to see that in the download instructions on my account!

So if you uninstall the standalone VPN app, does the VPN feature work correctly in 360?
