When I click open on VPN it just gets stuck on connecting then doesn't open.

I've been posting about this in a thread located in another folder. Multiple people (including myself) having issues on 11.5.0, .1, and .2 (Big Sur), and it looks like it doesn't matter if you're on intel or M1. Have you also had issues with your My Norton screen just disappearing the link to VPN completely? When VPN shows up, most of the time it does what you're saying. Yesterday it just randomly worked. Boot up today, it's completely gone again, along with the other products I paid for. I can only see Device Security and Password Manager.
