Family Supervision switch blocking the education category website tiles.

I'm seeing issue where Family Supervision is allowing valid websites but blocking the tiles from being loaded.  There is a school site that checks out as Education Category, but when the school site is loaded, only the surrounding html Frame is loaded.  The internal tiles for tests, information, and status are missing.  When I turn off the Supervision switch, the tiles appear. Has anyone have similar issue and know how to fix the House Rules?   I looked at the website HTML Source and added some links to the House Rules but was not successful.  How does Family Supervision handle Tiles in valid category websites?

Can you send the actual school site if it's public? Sometimes websites are designed in such a way that some pieces contain links or content to other URLs and as such may be categorized differently.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
On analyzing the backend data, we see that chrome & edge browser extensions are disabled in child's windows device. Kindly enable those extensions and try the 
login scenario into the  www.schoolnet.com. 

To enable extension in chrome\Edge:

From the three dot menu located at the right top on the chrome browser, navigate to More tools -> Extensions and kindly enable Norton Family extension.
For edge,from the three dot menu located at the right top on the browser, navigate to Extensions and kindly enable Norton Family extension.

In-case if extensions are not listed in the above page,

Add extension to Chrome Browser by following the below steps:
1 Go to the link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/norton-family/napjheenlliimoed...
2 Click "Add to Chrome"
3 A popup screen will occur. Kindly click "Add extension" in that popup.
4 From the three dot menu located at the right top on the chrome browser, navigate to More tools -> Extensions and kindly verify that the Norton Family extension is enabled.
5 Close and Relaunch the chrome browser and check if you are seeing Norton Family block page for the websites that are not allowed as per the house rules.

You could do the same for other browsers that your child uses.

Hello Team,

It looks like the extension is not allowed by the school.  But without the extension I was able to get it working, but not sure why yet.  Given your information it may be how the system is recognized ... ie I may be able to open a browser with my name and then switch it to the the Student account.

In the long run, I will also check to see if the school will allow the extension.  At the moment, I will disable the supervision during school hours and this would allow the schools control of Chrome, as well as, email.
