My MSI rtx 3080 suprim x isn't being utilized to 100%

When I start up the mining it uses 100% of the card and my has rate is 93. I leave and come back later in the day and I haven't made any money and the utilization is at 1% . Does anyone know what's going on or is having the same problem?
