Creating problem or situations to upgrade virus protection

I had a warning that would not access my computer, I had to turn my computer off. Turn it back on and could use the computer until I purchased the upgrade.

Received a notice that Anti track protection, looked it up and its for monitoring large businesses and corporations which I do not need.
