I upgraded IOS to Monterey and Norton is blocking my E-Mail provider.

I upgraded IOS to Monterey and Norton is blocking my E-Mail provider. When I uninstall Norton the connection is ok, after I reinstall Norton the connection is blocked. I am using Outlook i a Windows partition through VMWare Fusion. I have tried giving VMWare  access in the Norton Firewall options, but that does not solve the issue.
