Update to 22.22.1.58 - Is this the update that was advertised as starting on 4 February, which does NOT install the Norton Crypto unless opted in?

Norton LiveUpdate installed version 22.22.1.58 this morning (3 February).   Is this the update that was advertised as starting on 4 February, which does NOT install the Norton Crypto unless opted in?

I just checked my 360 installation in Windows Explorer and saw ncrypt was there. Then I ran the LiveUpdate that got the new version Patch and ncrpt is no longer there.
