How can I remove my one and only Cloud back up please?

How can I remove my one and only Cloud back up please?  I want to back up different folders but I keep finding that I don't have enough storage space even though I have 100gs.  I really want to start from scratch please.  many thanks

Log into your Norton Account and click on the Cloud Backup pillar. Then find your backup set and see if it will allow you to click on the trash can to delete the files and folders from the online storage.  If it does, go back into your 360 product and create a new backup set. Once you have that set up, you will be able to delete the original backup set.

You can create a new backup set before you delete the old backup set.

You can delete a backup set if it is no longer needed. You cannot delete a backup set if only one backup set is available. However, you can create a new backup set before you delete the old backup set.

Delete backup set from your account

  1. Sign In to your account.

  2. In the My Norton page, under Cloud Backup, click View Backup Sets.

The existing backup sets that are in use are displayed.

  3. To delete a backup set, click the trash icon of the backup set that you want to delete.

  4. In the Delete Backup Set confirmation window, click Delete.

Click Cancel to display the backup page without deleting the backup set.

If you delete the backup set in your Norton product, it will not delete the files in the online storage unless you choose the option to remove the backup set and all files.

What you can do now is log into your Norton Account and click on the Cloud Storage pillar. Then click on View Backup Sets. Then find the backup set you wish to remove and click on the trash can beside it. That will free up the storage space for you.
