what browser are you using?
can you try a different one?
clear the cache?
It's not clear to me what that would be, what is the "url" it is trying to get to?

I just tried, edge, chrome and firefox all worked as expected.
Can you try and just login directly with https://my.norton.com/ and click the sign-in button?
(it was the right thing not to post the entire URL :-))

There are no issues logging in to my nortons account on line.
and all other norton fuctions on the local machine seem to be working.
Interestingly a hot fix just got applied
my assets droped by about 0.0003ETH and the network transaction fee went up by approx 0.0006.
Cost Transaction fee is now showing to be twice the value of assets.
Hence withdrawal key is now greyed out and I cant do any more testing.
