Were you able to sign into your Norton Account during installation to activate the app?
If you tap on the three bars at the top left, do you see your name at the top?

An error occurs durimg activation after trying to sign in with my email or number.
At the same time i can login into my.norton.com and check subscription status (start nov.2021.status subscription active)
The error occurs after entering the password and pressing the button "Sign In".
How can i check the connection for app?
Before update everything worked without errors.

For this i need sign into My Norton Account in app. I can't do it.
There was a logout on all my devices after the update after some time.
Is there a country limit? Perhaps when changed my ip, gps, etc the antivirus was blocked?

What Android version is on your devices?
As a test, just on one device for now, try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the 360 app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your 360 to a trial version. Then try signing into your Norton account again.
