Export passwords from Password Manager

I read in the forum that I could choose the format (eg CSV) for exporting passwords by going to Settings, Import/Export but I cannot find an Import/Export item. There is an Export Vault item but that does not provide a CSV option.

Export your Norton Password Manager data
You can export your Password Manager data for security purposes, or for data recovery. You can also transfer your Norton Password Manager data to a new computer. We recommend that you back up your vault data periodically. When you enable automatic backup feature, backups of your vault are automatically created and stored locally on your device.

Exported file is just a local copy and cannot be used to import the logins on Norton Password Manager extension.

EXPORT YOUR NORTON PASSWORD MANAGER DATA FROM BROWSER

  1. Start your browser.

  2. On the top-right corner of the browser, click Norton Password Manager .

    In the pop-up that appears, click Open vault.

  3. In the Unlock your vault window, type your vault password and click Open vault.

  4. Click the Norton Password Manager extension icon and click Vault.

  5. In the Norton Password Manager window, click and click Export vault.

  6. In the Protected vault Action window, enter your vault password to export your Norton Password Manager data.

Do you have access to Internet Explorer? 

Export vault from Norton Password Manage extension is a text html page.

Copy text from text html page -> paste into Notepad -> save -> print -> change file extension from .txt to .csv.

That's all you can do with Export vault from Norton Password Manager extension.

Please review: 

Do you still have W7/8/10 Internet Explorer? 
Do you have Norton 360 installed?
You can still Export .csv from Internet Explorer -> Norton toolbar

Try Export CSV from Internet Explorer -> Norton toolbar...if you have access to Internet Explorer -> Norton toolbar.
