Can Antitrack interfere with email account?

I started using Norton Anti-Track for Chrome and Edge around a week or so ago.
Today, all my email stopped and when I rang the hosting company they advised me the domain registration has been frozen due to no activity?
We have been using the domain for over 10 years and never had this happen. Not sure if it is something new for ICANN or whether Antitrack has anything to do with it?
