In Norton 360 what does the history show when you reboot? There should be a category called crypto that will show you the check for a valid GPU. If you reformatted did you also reinstall Norton 360?

No, it doesn't. If this helps, my drive was encrypted before it stooped booting. I've been trying to find a setting to bring crypto back. I also upgraded my Graphics Card.

Ah, if you changed your graphics card, you would need to reinstall and make sure to "remove data" on the uninstall. See if that clears it up.

After two disconnected chats, one remote session, and a promise of a call from Crypto specialist, the problem still persist. Either they don't know the solution to the problem, or they don't want/care to fix it. This Crypto option is not safe, secure, transparent and more important not fully supported. I regret spending the money for a faster graphics card.

What is your new graphics card?

You have Norton 360 installed and you don't see any indication in your history that the graphics card is checked is that correct?

You can direct message me and we will get this solved.

What do you see in the history? Does it show a line in the log indicating that a check was made for gpu?
