My computer has been infected with "Best-Prize.life" virus. When I surf the internet, any type of site I wish to visit provides me with "Your connection is not private" error and if I proceed, it redirects to a different site, such as for instance, TikTok. This situations occurs with Chrome and Safari, however, it does not occurs with Firefox. Also, if a change my home-WI-FI connection to another wi-fi (like hotspot or Xfinity), the service works fine.

My computer is a MacBook Pro running MacOS Big Sur, Version 11.2.3

I have been already opened several cases with Norton support and as of last night the case has been escalated.

Any feedback?
